Dean Stiles

Dean Stiles is a Senior Vice President based in CBRE’s Tysons, Virginia office. Active in Washington D.C. Metro Commercial Real Estate for 20 years, Dean helps groups lease, buy, and sell headquarter facilities and gathering places.  He specializes in Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, and Tysons.  Dean implements clients’ goals by creating a winning strategy through CBRE’s visioning, mapping, and efficiency technologies.  Using a Ready, Aim, Fire approach, Dean works with for-profits, non-profits, religious organizations, educational institutions—all while using a country club level of customer service.

Dean’s deal creation tactics are focused on saving clients money and time. Dean wears many hats throughout transactions, as well as reaches out to his professional network to assist with various items such as construction estimates, parking audits, furniture expenses, and zoning and entitlement opinions. Many of Dean’s clients appreciate his dual tracked, leasing, and buy/sell advisory opinion which provides leadership and the Board of Directors with an aligned mission and real estate game plan. Many of these organizations have institutional uses with special purposes such as non-profit headquarters uses, primary and secondary education uses, embassy needs, religious facilities, etc. While the need for some clients is to build to suit from the ground up, Dean helps organizations consider creative solutions for their real estate .

• Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Stiles earned his Bachelor of Science in Professional Tennis Management (‘93) – (Ferris State University, MI). Using his degree, Mr. Stiles enjoyed a successful career as a Tennis Professional here in the Mid-Atlantic area as Head Pro and Director of Tennis for the Georgetown Prep Tennis Club and Director of Tennis Operations for Service Line Inc., both in Bethesda, Maryland. Dean was also a top professional at Columbia
  Country Club in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
