Debbie Dupes has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in tenant and landlord representation, property/asset management, tenant finish and construction management, marketing and development. Debbie joined CBRE as a member of the Advisory & Transaction | Occupier Services in April 2008. Prior to moving to Albuquerque, she served as Vice President of Leasing, Marketing and Administration for a privately held commercial real estate company, overseeing approximately 800,000 SF of commercial office space in Denver, Colorado. Her experience also includes Asset/Property Management in the Chicago and Dallas markets.
Debbie’s primary focus is tenant/buyer representation for office and healthcare/medical users. Debbie recognizes the importance of analyzing each client’s unique real estate needs and then uses her extensive market knowledge to match those needs with the most economical, beneficial real estate solution. Debbie is known for her commitment to detail and attention to client priorities.
