Demetrius Gadson is a Senior Appraiser on the Philadelphia multifamily team at CBRE. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Gadson was previously a Director at Apprise by Walker & Dunlop, also specializing in multifamily valuations. Before his time at Walker & Dunlop, he was an Associate Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group. There, he provided valuation services for various property types, including office buildings, retail shopping centers, industrial buildings, multifamily apartments, mixed-use properties, automobile dealerships, commercial land, and various other stand-alone commercial properties.
Mr. Gadson received his B.A. from Harvard University and holds his Certified General Appraiser license in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
