As Client Services Coordinator, Denise Oesterling assists Kim Clackson, Nicole Clackson Rossman and Matt Clackson in the Commercial Brokerage Group. Denise provides administrative and marketing support including proposals, property surveys, email and direct mail marketing, creating/updating databases, property and client research and designing professional-quality marketing materials.
Denise has been with CBRE, Inc. since April 2009. Before joining CBRE, she was employed by a Pittsburgh real estate company as a Graphic Designer/Project Coordinator and later worked for a consumer products company serving as Art & Creative Director. Her experience in the creative field covers a wide variety of marketing and advertising materials including brochures, logo design, direct mailers, and email marketing. She also has an extensive background in printing technology.
