Mr. Drake has closed approximately $400,000,000 in hotel transactions, helping to make CBRE a market leader in Texas and surrounding states.
Over the course of closing over 80 hotels in the last few years, Dennis has accumulated a wealth of experience in coordinating every aspect of a hotel transaction from negotiations to working with lenders and franchises to make the process as seamless as possible for clients.
