Dennis Salkin joined the CBRE Financial Consulting Group in April 2003. As a Director in the Financial Consulting Group (FCG), he provides state-of-the-art financial and analytical consulting to institutional, financial and corporate clients. With extensive experience in financial underwriting for all manner of real estate transactions, he adds value for clients in analyzing and structuring investment and lease transactions to meet their target financial objectives and ongoing portfolio optimization initiatives for a diverse set of leading corporations, globally.Mr. Salkin has personally underwritten millions of square feet of commercial real estate ranging from institutional product to individual private client investments and over the last few years, as a member of FCG’s Senior Occupier Group, has participated in over 400 occupier-related transactions encompassing more than 31 Million square feet and $5 Billion in total consideration. His experience extends to all facets of commercial real estate, including Office, Industrial, Retail, Multifamily and Senior-Housing.
Prior to joining FCG, Mr. Salkin worked in the Investment Properties Group for CBRE as a business system analyst and project manager in charge of developing and implementing high-profile proprietary real estate related technology initiatives.
