Derek Bornhorst is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics group in Fort Myers, Florida. With over 20 years of industry experience, he is recognized as a top producer in the Southwest Florida market.
Bornhorst has a proven track record representing national occupier expansions and negotiating investment property sales on behalf of institutional investors. Prior to joining CBRE, he was a founding member and Principal of Lee & Associates in Fort Myers and Naples, where he served for 11 years. Before that, he served with Grubb & Ellis and began his career in the industry with CBRE.
He is an alumnus of Ohio University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems.
