Derek Lipp

Derek Lipp is a Senior Valuation Associate in CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services practice. He has three years of experience in commercial real estate and over a year in valuation and advisory. Mr. Lipp is based in Boca Raton, Florida and has experience throughout Florida.

Mr. Lipp’s valuation experience and current practice includes all major commercial property types including industrial, office, retail, and multifamily. He currently resides on a team of professionals primarily focused on the valuation of industrial properties. Industrial property types appraised have included, airplane hangars, air cargo facilities, mega distribution warehouses, cold storage and food processing facilities, manufacturing facilities, last mile warehouses, parking/truck terminals, industrial condos, storage/salvage yards, and small bay flex/warehouses. Mr. Lipp also has experience in appraisals of proposed and existing shopping centers, residential subdivisions, auto dealerships, gas stations, single and multi-tenant net lease properties, and luxury single-family homes.
