Derek Lipp

Derek Lipp is a Vice President in CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services practice. He has seven years of experience in commercial real estate and over five years in valuation and advisory. Mr. Lipp began his career at CBRE as a Valuation Analyst and has experience in the four major commercial property types as well as many special commercial property types.

Mr. Lipp is a member of the Florida Industrial Team, an appraisal group specializing in industrial specific valuation and consulting assignments throughout the state of Florida. The Florida Industrial team has completed nearly 1,000 assignments over the past 2 years. Industrial properties appraised include a variety of industrial centric facilities such as cement plants, small bay/flex warehouses, industrial condominiums, bulk distribution and storage warehouses, cold storage facilities, IOS properties, research and development buildings, and truck parking / terminal properties. Mr. Lipp is also a part of CBRE’s national aviation practice that specializes in valuation work of FBOs, hangars, MRO facilities, air cargo properties, terminals, airfields, and other aviation assets.

Mr. Lipp also has experience in appraisals of residential subdivisions, multi-family and recreational land, billboards, office buildings, retail strip centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and luxury single-family homes.
