Desirae joined CBRE in 2016 as an Office Services Coordinator. In 2017, she transitioned into Property Management, as a Real Estate Services Coordinator, where she assisted 5 Property Managers with managing over 500,000 square feet of retail space throughout the Philadelphia market. Through this role, Desirae developed extensive knowledge and experience in Retail Real Estate, which laid the foundation for her career in Retail Brokerage.
In 2019, Desirae moved into Brokerage, as a Client Services Coordinator, assisting a team of 3 Retail Brokers. She was promoted to Client Services Specialist in 2023 and now supports a team of 7 Retail Brokers, specializing in both Tenant and Landlord Representation. She assists her team in managing a portfolio of 70+ Landlord listings, including one of the top retail centers in the Philadelphia MSA, King of Prussia Town Center, and 35+ Tenant accounts, including national retailers such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michaels, Kohl’s and Topgolf.
