Devon Furr

Devon Furr joined the CBRE | Raleigh team in June 2019 as a Real Estate Manager and was promoted to Associate Director in 2021. In addition to her leadership role to the team, Devon is responsible for the operations of office, flex, and retail properties. Her responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the properties, preparation of annual operating budgets, financial reporting, property owner contact, and tenant relations.

Devon has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in Class A office buildings and shopping center management. Prior to joining CBRE | Raleigh, Devon was a Senior Property Manager for GFD Management Inc. in Chapel Hill, NC. There she was responsible for a retail portfolio in excess of 1.6 million square feet. Devon previously worked for CBRE for 4 years as a Commercial Real Estate Assistant on the Property Management team assisting in the management of a class A office building.
