Diane Bryan

Diane Bryan serves as the Operations Manager for CBRE Portland Office. In partnership with Jason Green, Managing Director, she leads the activity of 40 brokers and staff members while ensuring the smooth functioning of the office’s operations and the high quality of service delivery CBRE is known for.

Diane is responsible for all aspects of the business operations with primary responsibility for new employee onboarding, facilities, employee relations, business continuity, procurement, office equipment and supplies, as well as local vendor relationships and service contracts. In the capacity of Operations Manager, she also supports our producers and ensures consistency of services to both internal and external clients. Diane also provides guidance on template/property marketing and proposals and partners with marketing and research. Diane is skilled in planning, budgeting and problem-solving and has excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills.

Diane joined CBRE in 2008 as the Operations Manager for the San Jose and Palo Alto offices where she served for over 7 years. Prior to moving to Portland, Diane was promoted to Regional Office and Client Services Manager for the Northwest.

With over 25 years of management experience, and a proven track record for operational excellence, Diane is a well-respected leader. Diane is dedicated to her office and her staff and encourages personal and professional growth among the staff and professionals.

Before joining CBRE, Diane worked as a Director of Operations for Northwestern Mutual, Sales Administrator for Draeger Construction and Vice President of Operations for MJM Technologies.
