Over the last 18 years, he has successfully participated in over $2.5 billion in retail investment property sales transactions, with his product specialty ranging from nationally branded single tenant assets to grocery-anchored shopping centers. His vast experience in transacting ranges from corporate guaranteed net leases to infill core and value-added opportunities.
Dino leads the National Retail Partners Group (NRP) in the northwest region. The NRP Group is comprised of ten elite regional teams across the nation who collaborate to aggregate the best results for CBRE’s institutional retail clients throughout the U.S - Dino focuses predominantly on the state of Washington and Oregon, covering primary, secondary, and tertiary markets.
As an established broker with a strong presence and exemplary track record in the Pacific Northwest, Dino continues to serve his client in his fullest capacity, delivering a consultative approach grounded with supportive market data and knowledge.
