Dodson Schenck

Dodson Schenck is the Managing Director of Industrial Services in Greensboro and Raleigh, NC and is responsible for developing and growing CBRE’s Industrial Services platform throughout central and eastern North Carolina, including Agency Leasing, Asset Services and Capital Markets. Through his tenure and deep understanding of the market, Dodson has become a trusted resource for regional and national landlords, occupiers, and investors. He has extensive experience advising both owners and occupiers, and his clients include REITS, institutional owners, Fortune 500 firms, as well as regional private clients. He has participated in transactions in recent years with a total aggregate value in excess of $1B.

Dodson joined CBRE in 2004 as Managing Director of the Greensboro/Winston-Salem region of North Carolina, with responsibility for all aspects of the Triad office’s Brokerage and Asset Services business. In 2017, Dodson became Managing Director of Industrial Services covering the Raleigh and Triad offices. 

Dodson is a past president of the Carolina’s Chapter of SIOR and the North Carolina CCIM chapter, and a past Board member of the Triad NAIOP chapter. Within the community, he has served in leadership roles for the Greensboro Sports Council, the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association C&I Ethics Committee, the Alzar School and Holy Trinity Episcopal Church.
