Associated Office
Dominic D’Alessandro is an Associate with the Valuation & Advisory Services group, based in Melbourne, Florida. Mr. D’Alessandro brings over four years of commercial real estate appraisal experience, with a primary geographical focus on Florida’s Space Coast and the broader east-central Florida market, including Brevard, Volusia, Flagler, and Indian River Counties.
Mr. D’Alessandro has served a broad range of clients including federal and state government agencies, private corporations, attorneys, lenders, developers, and investors. He has extensive experience with Yellow Book (UASFLA) appraisals for government acquisitions and federally related transactions, including specialized assignments at Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, and Melbourne Airport.
His expertise incorporates a wide range of valuation services including appraisals, partial acquisition and before-and-after analyses, conservation easement valuations, ground lease and submerged land easement valuations, fair market rent analyses, and highest and best use studies.
Throughout his career, Mr. D’Alessandro has appraised numerous property types, including but not limited to: retail centers; office and medical office buildings; industrial, distribution, and heavy manufacturing facilities; limited-service hotels; waterfront and coastal properties; conservation and ranch land; specialty assets such as bowling alleys, ice skating rinks, and tennis clubs; and vacant land.
