As a GIS Solutions Consultant, Dominic Ielati advises, educates and guides CBRE sales teams in bringing real estate stories to life using our Location Intelligence platform. Dominic combines his experience in GIS mapping at CBRE with his knowledge of commercial real estate as he consults with multifamily, land and hotel sales teams across the U.S. to support their pursuits, to leverage and empower their data through the CBRE DimensionTM platform, and to help them win business.
Dominic also provides technical leadership and expertise for his teammates who are on the frontline of building unique GIS solutions that help tell a real estate story. He has also managed work flow for our team of GIS professionals and continues to provide quality control on select GIS projects.
Since joining the company in 1995, Dominic has made great contributions to the growth and adoption of GIS in CBRE, particularly in the Sacramento and Northern California region. He collaborated with a top-performing retail sales team in the CBRE Sacramento office for many years where he was a trusted advisor for cartographic and data solutions. Dominic’s efforts allowed the sales team to identify opportunities for both new retail developments and for retail occupiers across Northern and Central California. Dominic has also led efforts to locate, collect and catalog large and varied datasets that enabled our sales teams and clients to affect winning real estate decisions.
