With his extensive experience in maximizing resources and providing practical, fiscally-responsible solutions has brought about change and profitable results throughout his career whose international hospitality experience covers a span of 25+ years, and includes management roles in Canada, Bermuda, Mexico, the Caribbean and the US.
Mr. Johnson has been specializing in the appraisal of hospitality assets since 2007 with CBRE in the primary geographical location of Florida and the Caribbean.
Mr. Johnson has experience providing appraisals, consultations, reviews, market studies and feasibility studies.
