Don Dillon is a Senior Project Manager and team leader of CBRE’s Morgan Stanley account, working in their Small Projects group, based in New York City. In addition to directly managing projects for the team, Don focuses on fostering the growth, knowledge and performance of his team members. He streamlines processes to improve response time and group efficiency in order to provide the highest service level to the business units. In addition, Don monitors all projects for opportunities to provide seamless service from remotely located Morgan business units by leveraging the use of CBRE’s Local Market Area program.Don draws on his extensive project management experience with a widely varied design and construction background in corporate, healthcare and education sectors. Don has managed multi-floor commercial restacks, major base-building infrastructure upgrades, ground-up building additions, trading floor upgrades, healthcare equipment installations, high-end executive suite upgrades, recording studio renovations, and manufacturing facility reconfigurations. Organizations served include: Exxon Corporation, Morgan Guaranty Trust Company, Chase Manhattan, North Shore/ LIJ Health System, Bank of New York, JLL (Deutsche Bank and MetLife accounts), Canon USA, and Medgar Evers College (CUNY).
