Dorinda Alexander is a proven corporate real estate professional having managed complex corporate projects of up to $30 million. She has successfully managed large teams to complete intricate projects under aggressive timelines. Her strengths include value creation and creative cost controls on behalf of her clients as well as strategic planning. She is focused on helping execute the best real estate strategy as part of CBRE’s multi-disciplinary approach to clients needs.
During her real estate career, Ms. Alexander has managed over 8.5 MSF of projects while being recognized through several client awards. Overseeing a global 4.2 MSF portfolio, Ms. Alexander’s responsibilities include new project development, built-to-suit, renovation, and move management projects. To successfully manage her clients’ global portfolios, Ms. Alexander recruits and oversees local project managers to insure uniform project delivery for her client throughout the world. She has worked on two Fortune 500 state-to-state corporate relocations.
Prior to joining Trammell Crow/CBRE, Ms. Alexander worked on chemical engineering research projects that focused on Coke and Hydrocarbon technologies. She also studied abroad in Europe and Asia at both the undergraduate and graduate level and has organized projects in Haiti, Dominican Republic, Panama, Belize, Guatemala and Mexico.
