An Executive Vice President in CBRE’s New York office, Douglas Holowink provides consulting services for a range of occupier and investor clients. His team is responsible for developing real estate-driven cost reduction strategies for clients with portfolios, regional sets of occupancies and single major assets throughout the world, serving clients with occupancies in North America, Central America, Asia and Europe. He provides expertise on all aspects of the process, including due diligence, occupancy and space requirements, location, network and labor analysis, cost analysis, alternative scenario creation, transaction structuring and financial analysis.

In addition, Mr. Holowink has conducted valuations, highest and best use analyses and consulting assignments on all commercial property types throughout the U.S., and has led consulting analyses for several prominent U.S. consolidation projects.

Mr. Holowink has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, including 15 years of corporate occupancy consulting and 10 years of appraisal experience. He came to CBRE after two years at the Trammell Crow Company, following the merger of the two firms. Prior to joining the firm, he spent more than 19 years with Cushman & Wakefield, where he assisted in the development of the Advisory Group, managed the New York Advisory practice, helped oversee the National Advisory Group and led the Portfolio Consulting Group.
