An Executive Vice President in CBRE’s New York office, Doug provides strategy and transaction leadership for complex real estate projects for both occupiers and investors. Common elements of these programs include the integration of multi-disciplined project teams, scenario development, timeline management, and financial and qualitative analysis. His team is responsible for developing operational enhancement and cost reduction activities for clients with portfolios, regional sets of occupancies and single major assets across the U.S. and globally.
In addition, Doug has led valuations, consulting and transaction assignments for all commercial property types within the New York region and nationwide.
Doug has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, including over 20 years of occupancy and transaction consulting plus 10 years of appraisal experience. He came to CBRE after two years at the Trammell Crow Company, following the merger of the two firms. Prior to joining the firm, he spent more than 19 years with Cushman & Wakefield, where he assisted in the development of the Advisory Group, managed the New York Advisory practice, helped oversee the National Advisory Group and led the Portfolio Consulting Group.
