Doug Tice, IV

Doug Tice is a Senior Associate with CBRE in Richmond, VA where he specializes in industrial real estate. Since joining CBRE in the spring of 2021, he has focused on both sales and Tenant / Landlord representation, executing lease and purchase transactions for his clients in the region.

Doug also serves as the broker co-lead for Dominion Energy managing its distribution, land and flex requirements across numerous business units, in addition to having executed over 100,000 acres in land transactions for Dominion’s utility-scale solar initiative.

Prior to joining CBRE Doug spent time at CoStar Group as a Research Consultant. During his tenure working full-time at CoStar, he also interned at a boutique land development shop in Richmond where he initially hung his RE license and assisted with financial analysis and site selection.
