Douglas O. Tice, IV

Doug Tice specializes in Industrial real estate in the Virginia market. Since joining CBRE in the spring of 2021 he has represented Tenants, Landlords, Sellers, and Buyers across all property types. Doug has negotiated over 120,000 acres in land transactions for solar, data center and industrial distribution users. He also assists the CBRE Industrial Team with Tenant and Landlord representation. 

Prior to joining CBRE, Doug worked at CoStar Group as a researcher in the Detroit Industrial market. During his time at CoStar, he also interned at local boutique firm General Land Commercial Real Estate Co., where he assisted with the marketing and site acquisition efforts.

Doug’s experience in the Virginia Land and Industrial markets have made him proficient in site evaluation, acquisition, contract negotiation and project development.

• Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing Degree from James Madison University
