Douglas Dudinski

As Alliance Director on the RJ Reynolds account, Doug Dudinski is responsible for managing a CBRE team of over 50 employees that provide services for the real estate operations of RJ Reynolds portfolio, consisting of over 11.3 million SF. This includes the direct delivery of facilities management and technical services at their corporate headquarters and research and development facilities, as well as third party contract management for soft services and support services at all locations in North Carolina.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Dudinski was employed by American Express, holding multiple positions within the Global Real Estate organization, he was responsible for operations across 43 countries and over 17 million SF. As Vice President of Global Engineering, he directed a team of over 150 engineers and maintenance technicians providing preventative and corrective maintenance as well as technical project support. As Vice President of Global Facilities Management, he managed the development and implementation of policies and procedures regarding all aspects of facilities management, engineering, and support services, while further providing input in determining service contract performance levels, scope and criteria.  As Vice President Relationship Leader for the US South, he was responsible for the strategic direction and decision making of Real Estate portfolio planning and implementation, as well as the development and delivery of cost effective market solutions to meet Business Unit needs.

Mr. Dudinski's appointment at American Express was preceded by significant experience in the management of design programs at Carlson Associates, Inc. While leading the overall design and construction of various data centers, he was an active participant in the specifics of all projects, from creating the client interface to reviewing subcontractor bids. His role as a Program Manager had been enhanced by his background as an electrical engineer both at Carlson Associates as well as previous firms, allowing for extensive knowledge of the design process to complement his significant experience in directing projects.
