Drew Rosonke

Drew Rosonke is a sales associate at CBRE, Inc., having joined the firm in 2023. Being from Norwalk, Iowa, Drew’s local knowledge and understanding of the Des Moines market dynamics give him a unique perspective that benefits his clients. He is an alumni of the University of Northern Iowa, where he graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate.

Before starting at CBRE, Drew worked in the banking sector, acquiring valuable financial and analytical experience that now helps him guide his clients effectively. Additionally, he interned with the Wright/Pendroy/Albrecht team in the summer of 2022, where he gained firsthand exposure to the real estate industry.

Drew is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Iowa and works in close collaboration with several brokers in the Des Moines office. This allows him to provide landlord/tenant representation for a wide range of transactions, including retail, office, land, and industrial properties. Drew’s experience, coupled with his passion for real estate, makes him a reliable and trustworthy broker who prioritizes his clients’ needs.
