Drew Williams, MAI is a Vice President with over 10 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Mr. Williams is in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s Orlando office in the East Division and is a member of CBRE’s National Self-Storage Valuation Group. Mr. Williams’ primary geographical focus is Central Florida, although has completed numerous assignments in most primary and secondary markets throughout the state.
Mr. Williams has experience providing real estate appraisals, consultations, evaluations, market studies and rent analyses. Mr. Williams’ appraisal experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including self-storage, medical office buildings, industrial buildings, business parks, multi-family residences, mixed-use projects, retail plazas, net-leased investments, offices buildings, vacant land and other special purpose properties.
