Dru Garcia is with CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services, representing real estate occupiers. As a seasoned professional with an economic development background, Dru spent most of her career working with businesses and developers in Chicago’s suburbs to navigate the regulatory process and access available resources. Her holistic support enabled significant new investments in the advanced manufacturing, professional services, technology, life sciences and healthcare industries.
At CBRE, Dru continues to focus on helping Suburban Chicago businesses and developers in these industries to solve complex real estate challenges centered around space, labor, infrastructure, and culture. She advises and transacts on a range of projects, including real estate strategy development, property leasing and subleasing, acquisition and disposition.
