Dylan Heroy is an Associate with CBRE, representing retail occupiers, landlords and building owners in leasing and selling retail properties in the Greater Las Vegas market. Dylan offers a wealth of experience and expertise to his retail clients, providing successful real estate services since 2018. He specializes in connecting his client’s with properties that add value to their bottom line and match-up perfectly with their growth potential. Dylan is also an expert at crafting a story around his listings to create a competitive environment and maximize the value of his client’s asset. Dylan offers a unique perspective to his retail clients. Prior to his career in commercial real estate he owned and operated a successful franchise for a national retail chain. This invaluable experience gives him first-hand knowledge into the challenges that retailers face in today’s economy. He uses this experience to craft real estate strategies that can solve some of these challenges and plan for future.
Prior to joining CBRE, Dylan was a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield and an Associate at Sun Commercial Real Estate with a focus on retail properties. He also spent time as a Private Equity Analyst Intern where he assisted in creating and modeling distribution waterfalls for real estate and development projects ranging from $10M - $500M. Dylan spends his free time with his family and three dogs. He loves to travel, fish and spend time outdoors.
