Eddie previously held roles with Namdar Realty Group and CBRE where he gained real, hands-on experience sourcing opportunities, underwriting deals, analyzing cash flows, and adding value to owners and investors through strategic insights and market knowledge. His background includes work in acquisitions, dispositions, financial modeling, and supporting full transaction processes.
In addition to his professional work, Eddie serves as Vice President of the Binghamton University Real Estate Society, helping lead events, property evaluations, student development, and more.
