Edgar Tse

Edgar Tse has served as Managing Director, Greater China – Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) since September 2025. In this role, Edgar oversees operations across the Greater China region, with a focus on sustainable business growth, executing Asia Pacific strategic priorities, and talent development. He represents CBRE GWS in the region and holds full operational responsibility for Enterprise Accounts, ensuring compliance, governance, and exceptional client support.

Edgar also leads the day-to-day operations of CBRE’s Hong Kong office and serves as the senior representative for GWS in the market and throughout the client lifecycle. His leadership is anchored in driving growth through targeted client cultivation, identifying and pursuing M&A opportunities, developing and nurturing talent, and enhancing the external positioning of GWS in Hong Kong.

Prior to this role, Edgar led CBRE’s Project Management business in Hong Kong and Southern China. A seasoned corporate real estate professional with over 20 years of experience across Asia and the UK, Edgar has held leadership roles in real estate outsourcing, project and programme management, commercial management, and quantity surveying. His career spans both client-side and service provider environments, giving him a deep understanding of corporate real estate markets in diverse geographies.
