Edward Sias is an Appraiser within the Multi-Housing Valuation Practice for the Los Angeles office. Mr. Sias is a graduate from Pitzer College with undergraduate degrees in Economics and Organizational Studies. Prior to joining CBRE, he interned at Wilshire Financial Network in Beverly Hills and FX Networks in Century City.
Mr. Sias began his career at CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services on an interim Intern basis and was promoted to a full time Associate position within five months. Since joining in September of 2019, Mr. Sias has provided significant assistance in the preparation of small, large, and proposed apartment properties. Project sizes range from private client/small balance loan (SBL) assets to institutional-level properties located throughout Southern California.
As a former collegiate football player and team captain, Mr. Sias brings a unique perspective to the team. He prides himself on leadership, the ability to work under pressure, and integrity, all while quickly adapting to new environments. Mr. Sias’ entry into the real estate profession was motivated by his interest in both the quantitative and social dynamic of commercial real estate. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music, playing fantasy football, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family. He received his general appraisal license in April of 2022.
