Ed has been helping companies—both Detroit Area-based and those located around the world - with their commercial real estate needs for more than 25 years. Whether there is a need for a single location or managing an international portfolio, he works with his clients to establish a real estate strategy that aligns with their operational business plan.

I focus on three distinct client groups:

• Representing corporations with a multi-market owned and leased real estate portfolio.
• Representing office and industrial occupiers in the procurement and disposition of office and industrial property throughout Metropolitan Detroit.
• Representing investors, developers and institutions in the sale and leasing of office and industrial property throughout Metropolitan Detroit.

When he’s not working, you’re most likely to find Ed helping his four children with their homework, on the basketball court, in the dojo, or at piano recitals, cheering them on. Ed and his family love to spend time enjoying the exciting renaissance of Downtown Detroit and traveling to our beautiful National Parks.
