In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.

As Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager, Eileen Carroll is responsible for a suburban portfolio consisting of three million square feet. Eileen joined CBRE in 1996 as a Property Accountant and was promoted to Accounting Manager. She later transitioned to the Property Management division in 1999. Eileen is responsible for maintaining and creating value consistent with ownership objectives through the efficient balance of tenant and owner relations, financial and risk management, and all operational aspects of the properties within her portfolio.
