Eileen Pender

Eileen Pender is a Client Services Specialist with the top producing Tri-State Capital Markets/Institutional Properties team led by Jeff Dunne in CBRE’s Stamford, CT office specializing in the sale and recapitalization of office, multifamily, retail, industrial and development sites in the New York TriState region. Eileen has over 35+ years of collective marketing experience encompassing Commercial Real Estate, Architecture, and Financial Services. Eileen has a strong focus on marketing, design, business development, and client services and utilizes her skills and creativity to produce custom property marketing collateral, interactive presentations, proposals, digital newsletters, creating property videos and social media campaigns. Eileen is an integral part of day-to-day operations for her team and is committed to its success by performing at an elevated level in a time-sensitive, high-pressure environment.

Before joining CBRE, Eileen held senior marketing positions at Perkins&Will and TPG Architecture in New York, respectively, where she was responsible for leading the RFP/RFQ/RFI efforts, developing pitch and marketing collateral, creating videos, drafting and compiling project award submissions, working with photographers and clients on capturing finished projects and engaging with high-level managing executives and principals to strategize and win business. Prior to this, Eileen excelled as a Marketing Communications Consultant with Transamerica Retirement Solutions in Harrison, NY where she was part of a highly-collaborative and client-focused marketing team where she wore many hats including Project Manager for the Creative Services team as well as a key member of the production team leading the effort with presentations, proposals, client-facing materials, business development, digital content library and managing budget and client expectations.
