Elaine Carter

Elaine Carter is a Sector Procurement Leader for CBRE’s Technology, Media and Telecom Sector within Global Workplace Solutions. Elaine has more than 18 years of procurement experience in Corporate Real Estate. Elaine joined CBRE in 2017 as a Sourcing Director on the MUFG account, responsible for delivering a complete sourcing solution and helping the account to achieve world-class status in 2020.

Prior to joining CBRE, Elaine spent ten years with Jones Lang LaSalle as a Vice President of Sourcing for various Fortune 500 financial services clients. In her role, Elaine led integrated facilities management and project management sourcing teams to identify and achieve over $20M in account savings targets. managed vendor relationships and influenced supplier processes and policies that were mutually beneficial and sustainable for both organizations.

Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies from St. John’s University in Queens, NY. When not working, Elaine enjoys traveling with her family, working out and is always open to trying new desserts.
