Beth Forstneger leads Client Strategy & Retention within CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions business, focusing on client engagement to enhance business performance. She engages with client leaders to deliver superior client outcomes alongside a deep focus in the following areas:

For more than two decades, Beth has built a track record of providing winning data-driven strategies to corporate real estate clients pursuing transformational goals and growth of shareholder value. She is particularly expert at defining strategic client priorities, driving delivery process transformation, and connecting across key stakeholders. Beth excels at understanding and interpreting marketplace influences, opportunities, and challenges and enabling a culture of innovation to develop and launch differentiated, integrated solutions.
Prior to her current role, Beth served as the America’s Head of Integrated Portfolio Management, running the Strategy & Analytics, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration, and Space Planning for Cushman & Wakefield. Her prior roles focused on Strategic Advisory to clients. Beth began her career at EY.
