Elizabeth Goodwin is Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for Tennessee, overseeing all Advisory Services lines of business in the state, including leasing, sales, debt and structured finance, valuation, and property management. She leads CBRE’s four Tennessee offices in Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.
Prior to being appointed Market Leader, Elizabeth co-led the company’s Tennessee business as Managing Director. She joined CBRE in 2019 as a Director with the company’s Project Management business. In that role, she was responsible for the growth and performance of the business line in Tennessee, including budgeting, actual results, forecasting, reporting and business development for public and private sector clients.
A native of middle Tennessee, Elizabeth is proud to be a part of the state’s rich architectural history. Growing up surrounded by the construction industry, her life-long exposure to commercial real estate and extensive education in design and civil engineering have prepared her to lead CBRE’s business in the state.
Elizabeth is the recipient of numerous industry awards for her outstanding achievements, including the Nashville Business Journal 40 Under 40 and Employee of the Year, the NAIOP Developing Leader of the Year, the NAIOP Nashville Outstanding Member of the Year and Developing Leader of the Year, and the Constructech Woman of the Year.
