Elle Westphal

Elle Westphal is an Associate with CBRE, specializing in the representation of landlords within Minneapolis and the surrounding metro area. She joined CBRE in 2022 as a Client Services Coordinator, providing support to the office landlord representation teams. Her responsibilities spanned from managing branding initiatives via the CBRE design hub to the implementation of marketing collateral and large-scale campaigns. Elle transitioned into a broker position at the start of 2024. She now works on a portfolio totaling over 9 million square feet. As an Associate she works diligently on prospecting new leads, assisting with tours, proposals, deal analysis, and ongoing marketing initiatives.
