Achievements
In 2023, Elliot was on the team representing Ralph Lauren in their 250,000 sq.-ft. renewal at RXR’s Starrett-Lehigh Building, an extension and expansion for Davis Polk & Wardwell at 450 Lexington Avenue in one of the biggest leases of the year and Sotheby’s in a 250,000 sq.-ft. lease disposition and subsequent purchase of the former Whitney Museum property. In 2022, he was also part of the team securing a new 940,000 sq.-ft. headquarters deal in Dallas, TX. Other career highlights include tenant rep along with CBRE team of Mary Ann Tighe, Rob Hill and Brendan Herlihy for Turner Construction Company’s world headquarters in a long-term 75,000-square-foot lease at The Spiral at 66 Hudson Blvd. on the Far West Side.
