Elliot Chernov is an Associate with CBRE’s Data Center Solutions group, supporting clients with site selection, colocation leasing, and transaction execution across North America and Canada. He conducts market research and comparative financial analysis to evaluate data center facilities, colocation providers and total occupancy costs. Working alongside senior advisors, Elliot helps coordinate the evaluation process and transaction activity, advising on client procurement and leasing decisions.
Prior to CBRE, Elliot served as an Analyst on Imperium Capital’s industrial outdoor storage (IOS) and data center acquisitions platform, where he evaluated powered land for prospective development. Much of that work centered on early-stage site feasibility, weighing how factors such as substation proximity, transmission infrastructure and floodplain exposure shaped a site’s viability.
