Elliot E. Nebel, MAI, CCIM completes a diverse range of appraisal and consulting assignments throughout all areas of Southern California. His portfolio of assignments showcases property types that include self-storage, RV/boat storage, office, retail, industrial, multi-family, land, airport properties, day care facilities, health clubs, auto dealerships, shelters, marinas, and more. His assignments have included properties at all phases of the development life cycle, including proposed projects, partially complete projects, and properties in lease-up. Additionally, Mr. Nebel has completed a wide variety of more complex and unique assignments, including hypothetical scenarios, subleasehold and “sandwich” lease positions, ground leases, fair market rent determinations, and market studies.
Mr. Nebel’s specialty is the valuation of self-storage and RV/boat storage properties, of which he has completed a wide variety of appraisal and consulting assignments throughout Southern California for lenders, developers, owners, and law firms. Mr. Nebel is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in California (License No. 3011251), and a member of the California Self-Storage Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate from San Diego State University.
