Elliot E. Nebel, MAI

Mr. Elliot E. Nebel, MAI, completes a diverse range of appraisal and consulting assignments for a variety of client types throughout Southern California. His portfolio of assignments showcases property types that include self-storage, RV/boat storage, office, retail, industrial, multi-family, land, airplane hangars, day care facilities, health clubs, marinas, and more. His assignments have included properties at all phases of the development life cycle, including proposed projects, partially complete projects, properties in lease-up, and a variety of more complex and hypothetical valuation scenarios. In addition, he handles more unique valuation and consulting assignments including subleasehold and “sandwich” lease positions, ground leases, fair market rent determinations, and market studies.

Mr. Nebel’s specialty is the valuation of self-storage and RV/boat storage properties, of which he has completed a wide variety of assignments throughout Southern California. He is a member of the California Self-Storage Association.

Mr. Nebel is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in California (License No. 3011251). He holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate from San Diego State University.
