Ellycia Walker serves as a First Vice President and Office Division Chairman at CBRE San Diego. Since 2014, Ellycia has focused on Class A institutional office leasing throughout Central San Diego, responsible for the leasing of over 1.8 million square feet of office space.
Ellycia’s insight and knowledge of San Diego’s suburban markets coupled with her esteemed reputation within landlord and tenant representation communities, allows her to accelerate deal flow with exceptional efficacy. Her extensive agency experience includes over 3.2 million square feet of Class A office throughout San Diego, with notable clients including American Assets Trust, Kilroy Realty, and Hines.
In addition to her professional achievements, Ellycia is an active board member of NAIOP San Diego. She dedicates her free time to supporting graduating athletes at the University of San Diego and mentoring emerging women leaders in commercial real estate across California. Ellycia was named a San Diego Business Journal 40 Under 40 Finalist in 2023, and was honored as the 2024 Mentor of the Year for CBRE San Diego, reflecting her commitment to fostering talent within the industry.
