Elsa Heredia

Elsa Heredia is a member of CBRE’s Industrial national platform and CBRE’s Port Logistics Group. Ms. Heredia is also a member of CBRE’s national corporate account team for Ryder Systems, Inc. Her responsibilities for this assignment include overseeing industrial and office transactions totaling over 5,000,000 SF.

Ms. Heredia focuses exclusively on serving the needs of corporate and institutional industrial clients. As a single point of contact for companies headquartered in diverse locations, Ms. Heredia offers her clients easy access to CBRE's extensive menu of services and local expertise.

Ms. Heredia is one of only a few women involved in the highly competitive world of industrial real estate brokerage.  Her success has been driven by a dedication to outstanding client service.
