Elyse Kaire

Elyse Kaire is the Senior Operations Analyst for CBRE's Central Texas Asset Services team. The team is made up of more than 50 management and facilities professionals who manage more than 18 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties in Austin, San Antonio and El Paso.

Elyse is responsible for preparing the region’s annual budget and reforecasting monthly financials and profitability for the line of business. She also provides support for department business planning, new business and disposition transitions, and coordination between human resources and field management staff.

Prior to joining the Asset Services division, Elyse worked with CBRE's agency leasing team and oversaw the design and production of team marketing materials, as well as assisted in business development, research, and analysis for client procurement and retention.

Ms. Kaire has been with CBRE since 2014. She previously worked in several corporate marketing and sales support roles outside of the commercial real estate industry.
