Emily Ripp

Emily Ripp is an Senior Associate within CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services | Occupier line of business, specializing in the representation of tenants in the Greater Washington, D.C metro area which includes the District of Columbia, Suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia. Ms. Ripp partners with First Vice President Michael Shipley, a well-known tenant representative in Washington, D.C., to advise a diverse range of tenants, including government affairs firms, associations and other corporations. Her background lends her a unique perspective when addressing clients’ real estate needs and challenges. In addition to providing real estate transaction management and support, Ms. Ripp uses past marketing experience to counsel clients on promotion strategy and communications related to real estate relocations.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Ripp was the Communications Specialist for the CBRE Washington, DC Multifamily Investment Properties Team. Led by William S. Roohan and consisting of 12 sales professionals, the team is one of the premier Multifamily sales teams in the industry and oversaw billions of dollars in transaction volume. In this role, she was responsible for the design, preparation, content and distribution of all marketing and communication materials, as well as consistently maintaining updated market data.

Ms. Ripp earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Louis University and is also a graduate from Saint Louis University’s Service Leadership Program.
