Emily Botello is a Managing Director in Americas Consulting, where she is responsible for leading sales in the Southeast as well as driving Operational success within the Consulting team. Americas Consulting realizes our clients’ business potential through comprehensive, executable real estate strategies that optimize cost, enhance performance, elevate employee work experiences and streamline operations. Americas Consulting at CBRE is comprised of teams who have deep expertise in agile RE offerings, incentives and labor strategies, managing occupancy, portfolio optimization, workplace strategy, change management, and more.
Emily has been with CBRE since 2011, having spent time working from the San Francisco and Atlanta offices. From 2013 to 2016, Emily was the Program Manager for CBRE’s internal workplace initiative called Workplace360; a program where she delivered strategy and change management services to transition 8,500+ CBRE employees to a new way of working. Through the implementation of Workplace360, Emily has built experience in not only research, but design strategy, scenario development, change management, move implementation, and post occupancy analysis.
Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, Emily and her team developed a service offering called Workplace Reset, which offered workplace, design, engineering, occupancy, and cost consulting services to help clients reopen their offices. In partnership with project management, Emily and team supported numerous organizations in reopening their offices during 2020 and 2021.
In addition to supporting clients directly, Emily is a member of the Executive Committee of CBRE’s Law Firm Practice Group. The LFPG at CBRE is committed to staying in front of the major trends that impact law firms and the way they occupy, allocate, and improve the efficiency and employee experience within their RE footprints. Emily brings an excitement and passion for challenging the status quo, while also offering empathy and support to employees as they experience change.
