Emily Chabrier

Emily Chabrier is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office specializing in both landlord and tenant representation. Working tirelessly on behalf of a roster of noteworthy clients in New York City, she has been involved in more than 10 million square feet of transactions since joining the firm.

Emily partners with her tenant rep clients to develop creative strategies designed to elevate and improve their occupancies in NYC and beyond. Her experience includes significant transactions for law firms including Latham & Watkins, Goulston & Storrs, and Brown Rudnick as well as corporate occupiers such as Supergoop!, Finastra, Walker & Dunlop, and City National Bank.

Emily is also proud to represent some of the city’s most highly respected owners and landlords. Her agency work includes the leasing of Grand Central’s newest office tower—One Vanderbilt Avenue for SL Green and assignments for DivcoWest, Tamares, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Nuveen. Emily was also an integral member of the leasing team for Related Companies and Oxford Properties’ Hudson Yards, the game-changing complex on Manhattan’s West Side.

In 2022, Emily was recognized as a Globe St. Woman of Influence, joining a group of accomplished women nationally recognized for their excellence in the commercial real estate industry.
