Professional Experience
Associated Office
Emily Minnier advises owners and investors on the acquisition and disposition of office and commercial assets, guiding clients through every stage of the transaction – from investment strategy and underwriting to investor engagement, pricing, and execution. She maintains active relationships with a broad range of private and institutional capital sources, giving her direct insight into how buyers evaluate opportunities and price risk in the current market.
Emily is part of CBRE's Private Capital Partners, one of the premier private capital investment sales teams in the country, led by Anthony DeLorenzo, completing more than $1.5B in annual transaction volume. She represents the Phoenix practice under Geoffrey Turbow, shaping the investment narrative, identifying points of friction early, and driving momentum through close.
She began her career in landlord representation and tenant advisory at JLL, developing a deep understanding of how landlords deploy capital and position assets, how tenants evaluate space and make decisions, and how those dynamics translate into asset value – a foundation that directly informs how she advises clients and underwrites risk in capital markets today. Before brokerage, she worked in business development for a commercial architecture firm, sitting across the table from ownership groups and design teams as projects were being conceived, gaining early exposure to how design, user experience, and market positioning influence long-term demand. Together, these experiences give her a full-cycle lens: from how a building is conceived, to how it leases, to how it ultimately trades.
She is engaged across several industry organizations including ULI, AZCREW, and NAIOP, where she serves on the Steering Committee as Chair of the Developing Leaders Education Committee. Outside the industry, she volunteers with New Pathways for Youth, where she has been paired with her original mentee since 2023, reflecting her commitment to expanding access and opportunity for emerging professionals.
