Emily Neff is the Southeast Region Lead for the Workplace practice at CBRE. With a background in finance and strategy, she focuses on helping clients to develop unique workplace transformation strategies.

Emily has been with CBRE’s Workplace team since 2011. From 2012 to 2016, Emily was dedicated 100% to CBRE’s internal workplace initiative called Workplace360; a program being led by the Workplace team on behalf of CBRE’s global real estate team.  As Program Manager for Workplace360, she delivered strategy and change management services to transition 7,000+ employees to a new way of working. Emily has developed a robust research, strategy, and change management program, all of which have informed a global dashboard of employee data for CBRE.  Through the implementation of Workplace360, Emily has built experience in not only research, but design strategy, scenario development, change management, move implementation, and post occupancy analysis.

In mid-2016, Emily transitioned the Program Manager role to a new member of the Workplace team, and is now focused on delivering great workplace outcomes for external client. Emily brings an excitement and passion for challenging the status quo, while also offering empathy and support to employees as they experience change.
