Associated Office
Emily White is Managing Director and Market Leader of Property Management in Atlanta, where she leads over 125 property management and engineering professionals responsible for more than 49.5 million-square-foot portfolio of office, industrial and retail assets.
White has over 20 years of property management experience. Prior to joining CBRE, she served with JLL as Executive Vice President, Industrial Property Management Lead. While there, she led a team of more than 20 professionals to service over 60 million sq. ft. of industrial assets across the Southeast US. She also developed new business, generating 10% growth year over year, and collaborated with leasing and sales brokers to ensure properties were accurately represented.
Before that, Emily oversaw large office portfolios with high-profile assets as a general manager and property manager for national and regional investment firms, including Americas Capital Partners, Cousins Properties, and Tishman Speyer.
