Eran Singer

Eran Singer, MAI is a Vice President in the Valuation and Advisory Services division of CBRE within the North Central region in the Detroit office. Located in the CBRE Detroit office since 2006, Mr. Singer has over 25 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience, with primary experience throughout the state of Michigan. Mr. Singer is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).

Mr. Singer’s experience includes appraisal reports and market analyses prepared for mortgage financing, acquisition/disposition, property assessment/tax appeal, estate planning, and purchase price allocation purposes. Valuation assignments have included all types of existing as well as proposed commercial properties including hotel, industrial, office, retail, and vacant land, as well as a variety of special purpose properties and mixed-use developments.

Mr. Singer is a member of two CBRE specialty valuation practices. As a member of CBRE Hotels, Mr. Singer has extensive experience in the appraisal of hotels and has appraised numerous hotel properties in his career. As a member of the CBRE Sports and Entertainment Valuation Group, Mr. Singer has appraised properties such as ballparks, arenas, stadiums, ice rink complexes, and indoor sports facilities.
