Eric Dell is a Senior Associate within CBRE’s office leasing team. With over six years of commercial real estate experience, Eric has represented both local and national clients developing leasing strategies that drive asset value. Eric has completed over 250 transactions totaling more than 450,000 square feet of space throughout Dallas-Fort Worth.
Prior to joining CBRE, Eric helped lead the leasing efforts at Dogwood Commercial for both in-house and third-party properties. He is also the co-founder of Ranger Turf Co., a synthetic turf installation company that services the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Eric is a Dallas native who enjoys spending time with his wife, exploring the outdoors, and playing golf.
