With experience on both the brokerage and principal sides of the business, Eric approaches his assignments from the buyer’s perspective, seeking to identify and devise solutions for the unique set of challenges presented by each assignment. His review-based intimacy with the due diligence materials, combined with his creative and accurate financial structuring and modeling technique, imbues investors with confidence in the marketing process and materials. This emphasis on “bullet-proof” underwriting is but one way Eric distinguishes himself from the competition. Eric’s thoughtful preparations help investors navigate otherwise highly complex processes, resulting in smoother executions for his clients.
Prior to rejoining the IPIG where he served for eight years, Eric was Senior Vice President in the Capital Transaction Group at Savills Studley. Eric’s extensive experience also includes roles at the Paramount Group, where as co-head of its acquisitions group he was responsible for sourcing, structuring and underwriting real estate equity and debt acquisition opportunities, as well as supervisory positions at Cushman & Wakefield’s Financial Consulting Group and ACG Professionals in Atlanta, where many of his due diligence and modeling skills were honed.
Eric is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
